Headed by the Chair of the Firm, and including the Vice-Chair, Department Chairs, and the Chief Operating Officer, the Office of the Chair is the body that oversees day-to-day management of the Firm. The Office of the Chair meets regularly to establish and review implementation of the Firm's strategic business plan.
