Century City Transactions: Mergers & Acquisitions

The Century City M&A practice has a position available for a fourth to seventh year associate, to represent private equity and corporate clients in domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, financings, strategic investments and joint ventures. Candidates should have a strong general corporate and M&A background, including solid experience in drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documents, as well as a working knowledge of market terms for M&A transactions.
