Our robust Information Technology training program and O'Melveny University - OMU help our employees stay abreast of the latest and greatest technology through a mix of online and classroom-style training courses. Our training team develops courses by keeping in mind the specific skills and knowledge most helpful to our professional staff. The Lunch-‘N-Learn series is designed to conveniently deliver the training and information that helps our staff excel in their roles.
The Management Mastery Program is a training program for the managers and supervisors within the Firm. It is designed to invest in and retain our future leaders, prepare our managers and supervisors to meet the challenges presented by the current business climate and achieve their full potential, and foster an environment of continuous growth and learning. The faculty is comprised of senior leadership and partners within the firm. Develop U, O’Melveny’s staff training program, is designed to give our staff the tools to be successful in their professional and personal lives, and to foster an environment of collaborative learning. The broad range of topics was developed with input from the Firm’s managers and staff.
Our tuition reimbursement program offers staff an opportunity to take an active role in enhancing and advancing their development by pursuing job-related education offered outside the Firm.
