Daniel J. Franklin
Associate
Daniel J. Franklin is an associate in O’Melveny’s New York office and a member of the Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Insurance Litigation and White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Practices.
Before joining O’Melveny, Daniel worked at the World Bank. He analyzed international and foreign-domestic law applicable to the Bank's projects and assisted negotiations with client governments regarding the Bank’s standard bidding documents. Daniel also revised and updated the Bank’s Procurement Guidelines.
Daniel has worked with several non-profit organizations, including The Synergos Institute, an international organization dedicated to fighting poverty and promoting equity in the developing world. He has also interned with public officials in the United States and the United Kingdom, including then US Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
