Erika Rasch

Associate

Erika Rasch is an associate in O'Melveny's Newport Beach office and a member of the Litigation Department. Erika has worked on matters including contract litigation, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, securities class actions, and class actions alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Erika is active in the local legal community as a member of the Orange County Bar Association and volunteer judge and coach in area mock trial competitions.
