Eve Ellis is an associate in O'Melveny's London office and a member of the Investment Funds & Securitization Practice. Eve has significant experience in investment funds work and advises on a wide range of fund formation matters. Eve also advises institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and funds of funds regarding their investments. In addition, Eve has expertise in relation to UK financial services regulatory issues, which enables her to provide a broad range of advice to O’Melveny’s investment fund clients.
