Fowler, Dance Co-Author Practice Guide on Preserving Electronically Stored Information

O'Melveny Los Angeles counsel Jeffrey Fowler and William Dance are the co-authors of Preserving Electronically Stored Information: A Practical Approach, the third publication in BNA's Portfolio Series on E-Discovery. The practice guide summarizes recent case law and trends in the world of electronic discovery and provides in-depth examples and scenarios, along with incisive legal and practical pointers for key preservation issues, including: anticipating legislation; spoliation; determining the scope of preservation; and sanctions when preservation efforts fail.

Los Angeles associates Eric Chan, Katherine Edsall, and Robert Hunt, and former associate Julie Berman provided valuable assistance in the preparation of the practice guide.

Partner Amy Longo is serving as the editor of the complete BNA Portfolio Series on E-Discovery. A previously published portfolio in the series, Electronic Discovery Practice Under the Federal Rules, 2008 Edition, was co-authored by Longo, and counsel Allen Burton and Allan Johnson.
