Gregory Ezring

Gregory Ezring is a partner in O'Melveny's New York office and a member of the Transactions Department. Greg represents private equity funds and corporations in leveraged finance transactions. He functions as a "one-stop financing shop" for private equity clients, including Apollo Management, LP and J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC, making acquisitions, beginning with the negotiation of commitments for both the bank and high yield financings, through the execution of the acquisition financing. In many cases, he continues to represent the portfolio companies with respect to their bank, bond and equity financing needs, through and beyond the exit of the private equity firm.

Greg represents corporate clients in their leveraged transactions and their public debt and equity transactions. He also has substantial experience representing underwriters, placement agents and initial purchasers, including Credit Suisse First Boston, LLC, Banc of America Securities, LLC and Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., in public and private high yield debt and equity securities offerings.
