Hiroko Nihei is
an associate in O'Melveny's Tokyo office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation Practice. She handles a variety of transactional and litigation matters for corporate clients. Her practice ranges from counseling on cross-border M&A and financing deals to litigating court cases and arbitrations in Japan and internationally. She also advises foreign companies in Japan on labor matters, drawing on her nine years experience working in human resources prior to practicing law.
In addition, Hiroko contributes to pro bono
projects, including helping refugees seeking asylum in Japan and advising on microfinance for Cambodia.
