John-Paul Motley is partner in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Capital Markets practice. John-Paul has experience in securities law matters (including public offerings and private placements), mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate law matters. John-Paul has assisted private and public companies with equity offerings, including initial public offerings, private placements, and secondary offerings. John-Paul also has experience with private and public debt offerings, including high yield offerings. John-Paul advises public companies with securities law compliance, disclosure issues, and corporate governance matters.
