Ka Yin Au-Yeung

Ka Yin Au-Yeung is an associate in O’Melveny’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Corporate Finance Practice within the Transactions Department. She has legal experience in the areas of insolvency and restructuring and real estate finance.

Previously, Ka Yin has advised UK financial institutions funding corporate entities, individuals and partnerships for the purposes of acquiring real estate for development and investment. More recently, she has been involved with giving security advice to lenders focusing particularly on potential issues and enforcement options, effecting the appointment of and thereafter advising insolvency practitioners.

Prior to joining O'Melveny, Ka Yin worked at a leading commercial law firm in Scotland.
