Kelly Wood

Associate

Kelly Wood is an associate in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Kelly has defended employers in a range of employment and labor matters, including those involving alleged disability discrimination, wage and hour violations, workplace harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. In addition, Kelly counsels employers on employee-related laws and issues, including vacation policies, disability accommodations, reductions in force, employee grievances, and assists clients in drafting employment agreements.
