Linda Griffey is a partner in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice. Linda represents employers in the design, implementation, and administration of deferred compensation plans, stock option and other equity-based incentive compensation plans, bonus plans, qualified and non-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, welfare benefit plans, employment agreements, severance arrangements, change of control agreements, and other executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.

Her practice also includes advising clients on compensation and benefits issues in connection with IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. She has represented major corporations, compensations committees, management groups, and individual executives with respect to executive compensation and benefit matters.
