The Asian Lawyer article “DLA Teams With AZB for $1 Billion Indian Power Deal,” mentions O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s role as international advisor to several underwriters— Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, and JM Financial—in Power Finance Corporation Limited’s follow-up share issuance for more than US$1 billion.
