Smith Quoted in Global Arbitration Review on the ICC’s First US Workshop

Partner Steven Smith, chair of the Firm's International Arbitration practice, was quoted in the Global Arbitration Review article, “ICC to Hold First US Workshop.” The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) will hold its first mock-case workshop format conference in the United States.  Specialists scheduled to speak include Smith who says the San Francisco Bay Area is a center of tremendous international business activity, attracting huge amounts of capital, in search of new investment opportunities. “The ICC is wise to focus its educational outreach efforts on a region that is generating so many cross-border transactions and where the need for international dispute resolution mechanisms, such as ICC arbitration, is becoming more widely recognized.”
