Nicole Sabado Green is a counsel in O'Melveny's New York office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice. Nicole has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions and her practice focuses on representing private equity funds, corporations and financial institutions in public and private debt and equity offerings, including Rule 144A transactions, debt exchange offers and secured and unsecured senior and subordinated financings. Nicole counsels clients regarding reporting and disclosure issues arising under federal securities laws. Nicole also has significant experience in restructurings, private equity investments and general corporate matters.
