Yan Zhang is an associate in O’Melveny’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Business Trial and Litigation Practice. Yan represents private equity funds, hedge funds, portfolio companies and public companies in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, fund formations, securities and other general corporate transactions. Prior to joining our Hong Kong office, Yan was an associate in our New York office.

• Representation of a leading international provider of outsourced mobile broadcast solutions and its private equity shareholders in the US$480 million leveraged buyout by a private equity investment firm.
