Jeff Cislini is a counsel in O'Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.  He represents a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to high growth, closely-held businesses in a wide range of industries, with significant experience in information technology, healthcare, internet, sports, telecommunications, gaming, retail, and education.

Jeff provides general counseling with respect to corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, advising public companies on SEC reporting and disclosure matters (including annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy statements, confidential treatment requests and responses to SEC comment letters) and compliance with NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange requirements. He also assists clients in a wide range of strategic transactions, including public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, proxy contests, and corporate financing matters.
