William Kuesel

William Kuesel is a partner in O’Melveny’s New York office and a member of the Capital Markets Group. He has extensive experience in capital markets, liability management and other financing transactions, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments.

Throughout his career, Bill has worked with numerous financial institutions, private equity sponsors and public and private corporations.

Bill has participated in transactions in many different sectors, including: chemicals, consumer products, retail sales, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, mining, petrochemicals, asset management, and other financial services.

Bill has worked with clients from many different countries and on transactions effected around the world, including numerous representations of Japanese clients, as well as clients and transactions in the U.K., Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, Korea, the Philippines, and Australia.
