David Krinsky

Of Counsel

David Krinsky is Of Counsel in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. His practice is focused on both public and private mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, special committee assignments, and capital markets transactions. He is general outside counsel to a significant number of public companies whom he regularly counsels on matters ranging from corporate governance to regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. David is currently a member of the Firm's executive management team and has previously served as the global head of the Firm's Transactions Department.

David spends significant time counseling Boards of Directors, CEOs, and executive management teams regarding strategic business and legal issues facing entrepreneurs on a daily basis as they develop and expand their growing businesses. David's experience serving as a member of the Boards of Directors and Compensation and Audit Committees of two NYSE-listed companies allows him to provide clients with valuable perspective and practical counseling on boardroom-level issues.
