Robert Haymer is a partner in O’Melveny’s Century City office and a member of the Entertainment and Media Practice.  He has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and partnerships, joint ventures and strategic alliances, both for large public companies and middle market and entrepreneurial clients.

• Representing Lions Gate Entertainment in numerous acquisitions and investments including a television distribution company, a video-on-demand channel and a specialty theatrical distributor.
• Representing a DIC Entertainment in its public offering on the London AIM Market and in numerous ventures including its investment in an international television channel and a media buying business.
• Representing private equity fund Clarity Partners in acquisitions of and investments in the publishing, broadcasting, theatrical exhibition and live entertainment industries as well as continued representation of its portfolio companies in those industries.
