Tom Carruthers is a partner in O'Melveny's New York office and a member of the Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Aggregated Litigation Practice. He represents clients in connection with toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and general commercial litigation. Tom has extensive experience in the representation of companies in disputes involving asbestos and other toxic substances. He also has extensive experience representing insurance companies in disputes concerning coverage for environmental, asbestos, and other claims. Tom has appeared in various state and federal courts and before dispute resolution organizations around the country.
