Tom Hall

Counsel

Thomas Hall is a counsel in O'Melveny's Beijing office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice within the Transactions Department. Tom practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, capital markets, U.S. securities law compliance, and foreign direct investment in China. Tom has represented international venture funds and Chinese companies in numerous venture financings and cross-border M&A transactions. Tom has also advised corporations in relation to listings on both the Nasdaq Stock Market and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Tom's U.S. securities law practice includes advising companies listed in the U.S. on 1934 Act and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. He has also advised multinationals on China-related acquisitions and general corporate matters relating to operations in the PRC.
